The Greater Goethe Neighborhood Association (GGNA) Zoning & Planning Committee (ZAPC) is a Chicago community organization serving the area bounded by Logan Blvd. on the North, California Ave. on the west, Armitage Ave. on the South, and Western Ave. on the East.
Our members are volunteers and residents of the GGNA community. We review all projects that request an up-zoning. The recommendations are sent to the Alderman who makes the final decision of approval or disapproval of any project.
Our committee meetings are held the second Monday of the month at 6:30pm at the Haas Park Fieldhouse (2402 N. Washtenaw Ave. Chicago, IL 60647).
